General conditions


Standard Delivery
We will process your order as fast as we can, but please allow 5 working days for delivery of your order - but it will usually be less.

We use Royal Mail to deliver your items. If there is noone home, it will be returned to your main post office and a card left. Please consider using a work address if you know you will not be at home to receive the parcel.

Express Delivery
Any orders placed before 2pm using our Express Delivery service will arrive with the customer the next day. They will be sent via Citylink courier so will need to be signed for. Citylink will only attempt delivery twice otherwise the parcel will need to be collected from their depot. Orders after 2 pm will arrive within 48hrs. PLease note that Express Delivery is only available Monday to Friday, and not available on Bank Holidays.

If the delivery address refuses delivery of the goods, or if you do not respond to the collection card left, your order will be returned to the sender and you will be charged for the return of the order.

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Delivery charges


Delivery charges can be viewed as you process your order online, charges depend upon quanity ordered and destination.

Mainland UK
Delivery within mainland UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses.

International Delivery
We will be happy to post your Coochi items overseas - please make sure you select the correct country in the delivery address for where you would like your parcel delivered.

Please note that all overseas deliveries are sent via airmail and can take 10-15 days for delivery.

For larger orders which contain 4 or more individual product items, or for posting to a country not listed on our website, please contact us directly to obtain a delivery quotation. Please note that our double-pack products are counted as 2 items and we may need to advise you if any additional charges are incurred for international delivery prior to your order being processed.

Please note that our postage rates are according to the zone in which your item will be delivered.
If you wish to place a large order, you may wish to contact us directly to discuss alternative shipping options.

Delivery charges on refunds


We will refund your return delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Please see Orders and Returns Information for more detail.
